Donors have the option to contribute multiple packages monthly for specific families. The package includes the food items’ value, a 1€ HADIA ID issuance fee, a 1€ logistics fee, a 9% platform fee, and a 5% transfer fee. HASCO’s team ensures delivery within 24 hours to Kabul and 3 days to all provinces of Afghanistan. Maintaining up-to-date contact details for recipients is crucial. Customers can opt for subscription plans spanning three months, six months, or a year, allowing them to make recurring donations with the flexibility to designate recipients. The HASCO team handles monthly deliveries based on the chosen subscription plan.

Its purpose is to deliver essential items, including food, and other essentials to areas and people in need, especially in crisis or disaster areas. Until the basic needs of the people are met in time to avoid harm. For specific details on its features, operations and coverage areas, it is best to contact the HASCO directly.

    How long does an aid delivery take?

    Delivery times for aid can vary greatly depending on factors such as distance, shipping method, logistical challenges, and local conditions. HASCO team will try their best to deliver the aid package within 24 to 48 hours. In some cases, it may take more than a few days.

    How much does HASCO charge per delivery?

    HASCO charges a flat fee of 15% of the package's price for each delivery.

    How much HASCO delivery team paid for a delivery?

    HASCO delivery team fees can vary based on factors such as package type and size, distance traveled, mission complexity, mission duration. In general, delivery team member compensation may include compensation for time, expertise, and any additional allowances or benefits provided by the organization. Specific details regarding pay should be obtained directly or through HASCO's employment policies.

    What is the available Humanitarian Direct Aid packages?

    There are multiple emergency packages available that can be donated under the Humanitarian Direct Aid. The packages include a Large Family Food Package, an Emergency Small Food Package, an Emergency Package for Child, Emergency Food Package, a Stationery Package for Street Children, which for the first time includes HASCO School, and Donate and Let HASCO Decide. Other packages will be added to the Humanitarian Direct Aid packages based on the need. and the Emergency Winter Package will be added in winter.

    How can I track the package I dispatched?

    You will receive a series of emails from HASCO Delivery Team to inform you about the status of your aid package. These e-mails will inform you about the process of preparing the package, sending and delivering the package to the family or person receiving the package.

    May I receive photos or videos after the package is delivered?

    To provide a comprehensive overview of the assistance process from start to finish, enhancing transparency and accountability, donors have the option to decline receiving a video, in which case no video will be captured or shared.

    Can aid be sent to individuals in Afghanistan via HASCO's Humanitarian Direct Aid program?

    Yes, you can send Humanitarian Direct Aid or emergency packages to anyone in need in Afghanistan. You only need to select Send Humanitarian Direct Aid and the option to Let HASCO Decide or Someone You Know to proceed with your donation. In Let HASCO Decide, you let HASCO choose a beneficiary/family from their pending lists of families waiting to receive aid. In Someone You Know, you can select an Omid ID previously registered by you or someone else or write a new family to whom the aid will be delivered.

    How do I allocate a HADIA ID to a beneficiary I am familiar with?

    Yes, choose the Someone I Know option offered with each emergency package. You have to enter the beneficiary's HADIA ID if they have one; otherwise, you can register them to get one. After placing your order, you will receive the details and the assigned HADIA ID for your designated beneficiary. you can even select a family from our social pages that needs and deserves help and send them a package.

    Is it necessary to register the known beneficiary each time I plan to dispatch an emergency package?

    No, each beneficiary is registered once and assigned a HADIA ID. You can use their HADIA ID every time you donate a package. When placing an order for an emergency package, you can search for the desired HADIA ID, and the aid will be delivered to them. Additionally, you can select a family from our social pages that requires assistance and send them a package.
